DIRECTIONS TO CELESTIA. ALL PERSONNEL MUST READ!!
Upon your transfer to either Celestia or Majestic or to any of the other ships stationed there, you need first to head for Deep Space 9, commanded by Captain Kira Nerys. From there, a transport will take you through the wormhole to the Gamma Quadrant. From the other side of the wormhole, it is a relatively short trip of 30 minutes to Starbase Celestia where you will be greeted on arrival by one of the many operations personnel who will either give you directions to your new posting, should it be on a ship or other wise, or to temporary cabins if your shipboard posting is not in dock. You will, in this case, be notified when your ship is back and ready to receive new personnel.
Celestia has a Number of Operations Personnel, you can talk to (all NPC’s).
